Hung Ga Kung Fu is one of the most comprehensive training systems ever developed.
Not just a workout — though you will absolutely sweat. Not just self-defense — though you will learn to handle yourself. Not just movement — though your body will change.
Every class trains the mind as hard as the body. The curriculum has no ceiling. The longer you train, the more useful it becomes. This is what serious martial arts looks like.
Sifu Kyle Wooten spent 15+ years training everywhere he could - BJJ, Karate, Boxing, Muay Thai, and more - before finding Hung Ga Kung Fu; he came to Kung Fu not as an avid believer but as a skeptic. The training held up in full-contact national and international competitions; it improved the chronic pain he carried as a disabled veteran when nothing else had; it changed his outlook so thoroughly that it redirected his entire career — he became a licensed acupuncturist because Kung Fu convinced him Chinese Medicine was worth a graduate degree. That's the depth available here. Come find out for yourself.

Improve Your Body - Mind - Spirit THE BENEFITS OF MARTIAL ARTS
SKILL
You will increase performance with three primary tools - Hard Work, Consistency, and Intelligent Teaching. We have access to a vast library of tools designed to develop unique and useful capabilities, and we work hard to make sure they do just that.
HEALTH
You will get a full-body workout; strength and fitness, flexibility and cardio, precision and speed. Many also find improved overall health and even rehabilitative benefits from the intense training.
KNOWLEDGE
Learning how to THINK about your training is something I did not find in other martial arts schools; here we develop a deeper understanding of the curriculum, and it's usefulness to us is directly tied to how much attention we give to understanding the material presented. Can you improve by just doing the drills? Of course. But there is much, much more...
SELF-MASTERY
We use Kung Fu fighting drills and physical exercises to develop awareness of the body, and eventually better control of the body; this leads to better awareness and control of the mind. This skill is the basis for many of the intermediate and advanced capabilities you will find are rare elsewhere, but commonplace in Kung Fu.
CULTURE
Kung Fu is rooted in Chinese culture and history. Training in this style provides an opportunity for you to learn about and appreciate cultural traditions, each of which has great value beyond simply keeping them for history's sake.
